With a distinguished career spanning over 12 years, Aryeh brings a wealth of experience in capital raising, investment strategy, and financial structuring to the role.

Aryeh is responsible for overseeing the company's capital markets activities, including debt and equity financing, investor relations, and strategic financial planning. Leveraging a robust network of institutional investors, financial institutions, and high-net-worth individuals, Aryeh drives the firm's efforts to secure and optimize funding for large-scale real estate projects.

Prior to joining Impeccable Development, Aryeh held senior roles at BDIM Capital and Meridian Capital Group where he successfully led numerous transactions involving commercial and residential developments. His expertise in market analysis, risk management, and capital allocation has consistently delivered exceptional results and facilitated the growth of high-value portfolios.

Aryeh holds a BBA from Baruch College's Zicklin School of Business and resides in Boca Raton, FL with his wife and four children.
