Meet Robert
CEORob Tanner co-founded a full-service residential and commercial real estate brokerage out of Boca Raton, Florida, Tanner Real Estate. Mr. Tanner is also the Co-Founder, Investor, and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Impeccable Development. Rob grew up in the franchise world and has been an integral part of franchising and real estate development for the last 10 years. Mr. Tanner assisted with building his family's franchise portfolio and began working in stores at a very young age. The combination of Mr. Tanner's franchise experience and commercial real estate experience gives him a unique advantage in negotiations and deal structure.
Mr. Tanner handles and oversees all Real Estate Transactions and Mergers and Acquisitions departments within the firm and sits on the Board of Directors and Real Estate Committee for the firm.
